Embassy hosted a group of rising experts from a DC-based Center on Global Interests (CGI). CGI Rising Experts’ Program brings together young professionals working and/or conducting research in the field of Eurasian studies in the Washington, D.C. area for monthly networking and discussion events. Ambassador David Bakradze engaged in a discussion on important issues related to Georgia, to include: Georgia-US relations, EU and NATO integration process, the situation in the occupied regions of Georgia, and Georgia’s economic development process.
