Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili hosted Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during the fourth edition of the Silk Road Forum held in the Georgian capital. The event brought together over 2,000 delegates and guests from nearly 60 foreign states.

Garibashvili emphasized that the discussions at the forum revolved around the “future” of the South Caucasus region and the implementation of “large-scale” regional projects, which he viewed as being in the “common interests” of all involved parties. He further highlighted his government’s commitment to promoting peace initiatives, which he had previously outlined in his address to the United Nations General Assembly in New York the previous month. These initiatives aim to ensure peace, stability, and economic development in the region, ultimately benefiting all the countries involved.
