On September 10th, Ambassador David Zalkaliani spoke at the Wine for Warriors Gala. The event was hosted by Silk Road Wines, an American Georgian wine company, which has hosted the event since 2021 to support wounded Georgian servicemen, veterans, and their family members.
During his speech, Ambassador Zalkaliani highlighted the substantial contributions of Georgian military personnel to international peace and security missions and thanked the American partners for appreciating the sacrifice of Georgian heroes.
The donations from the event will be transferred to Georgia’s Wounded Warrior Support Foundation.
