‼️აშშ-ში შემოსვლის რეგულაციები უცხოეთის მოქალაქეებისათვის

‼️ მნიშვნელოვანი სიახლე: გაცნობებთ, რომ ა.შ.შ.-ის პრეზიდენტის განკარგულების თანახმად, 6 დეკემბრიდან იცვლება ამერიკის შეერთებულ შტატებში შემოსვლის წესები. 

ახალი რეგულაციის თანახმად, აშშ-ში დროებით შემომსვლელი ყველა პირმა, ამერიკის თუ უცხო ქვეყნის მოქალაქემ (2 წლის ასაკიდან) უნდა წარმოადგინოს ფრენამდე ერთი კალენდარული დღით ადრე გაკეთებული კორონავირუსის ტესტის უარყოფითი პასუხი ან კოვიდ-19-ის გადატანის დამადასტურებელი დოკუმენტი, რომელიც ფრენამდე მაქსიმუმ 90 დღით ადრეა გაცემული.

ასევე, უცხო ქვეყნის მოქალაქე (non-citizen non-immigrant) ვალდებულია იყოს სრულად ვაქცინირებული.
აქამდე არსებული ყველა შეზღუდვა შენგენის წევრ ქვეყნებზე, რომელიც ქმნიდა სატრანზიტო ფრენებზე დაბრკოლებას, მოხსნილია.

 სრულად ვაქცინირებულად ჩაითვლება პირი, რომელსაც შემოსვლამდე მინიმუმ 14 დღით ადრე აქვს ჩატარებული FDA-ის ან WHO Emergency Use List-ის ვაქცინების სრული კურსი:
1 დოზა – Janssen/J&J;
2 დოზა – Pfizer-BioNTech; Moderna; AstraZeneca; Covishield; BIBP/Sinopharm; Sinovac.
18 წლამდე ასაკის პირებს არ მოეთხოვებათ ვაქცინაციის დამადასტურებელი დოკუმენტის წარდგენა, თუმცა ბავშვებისთვის 2 წლის ასაკიდან წარმოსადგენია ფრენამდე 1 კალენდარული დღით ადრე გაკეთებული კორონავირუსის უარყოფითი ტესტი.

‼️ UPDATE on Information for International Travelers to the United States: 

IMPORTANT UPDATE: On December 6, 2021, new travel requirements will be imposed on noncitizen nonimmigrant travelers to the United States 
According to White House, all inbound international travelers (noncitizen nonimmigrant from the age of two) will be required to provide a negative Covid-19 viral test within one day of departure for the United States or Documentation of having recovered from Covid-19 in the past 90 days.

Noncitizen nonimmigrant travelers will need to present proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and a negative COVID/PCR test collected no more than 3 calendar days preceding the flight to the United States. Previous restriction on travel from Schengen countries, that often created transit-related problems, are invalid. 
Traveler is considered fully vaccinated after at least 14 days since the completion of the full course of the FDA or WHO Emergency Use List vaccines, these are: single dose of Janssen/J&J or 2-dose series of Pfizer-BioNTech; Moderna; AstraZeneca; Covishield; BIBP/Sinopharm; Sinovac.
Travelers under the age of 18 are not required to present the proof of vaccination. However, proof of negative COVID/PCR test collected no more than 1 calendar day preceding the flight to the United States should be presented for passengers 2 years of age or older.
